I really don't think this can be done right now with the way in which Radlog works. Every now and then I have to do a similar task with my weather station and I can only do it with the program closed or it will simply overwrite my changes. I think the main issue occurs because Radlog clears the current graph data when restarting it. If you could restart Radlog and it rebuild the graph data or simply just it just read graph data from a day file then it should be possible to edit the file(s) when Radlog is closed.

I have added this to the 0.44 ideas thread already so that the graph isn't reset upon restarting Radlog.

Did you try editing the file/folder that is older than the current one? The day before in your case. Radlog overwriting would only be in the current folder I think.
