Seemed I had some bad cabling that was causing my ESP32 to reboot and report the wrong data...

Seems to be working three weeks in. I have found the ESP32 some times just goes offline from time to time. Hopefully you have a reboot timed into the code. That was about the only way I could make a ESP32 project or two stay online for months at a time.

Yeah have a watchdog configured. Though mine seems to running really smoothly for about 2 years now without any issues beside this one cabling issue.
