Hi Quasar,
I have made a short video showing how to turn the clicker on and off. It has three settings, OFF - always off, NORMAL - the clicker will operate when the counter is not in low power mode, and ON - the clicker is on all the time. Be sure to press the confirm/save button at the bottom left when you change the setting. If yours still doesn't work after changing the settings and saving them, you might have a defective unit. If that's the case, then maybe open it up and see if the speaker is connected properly. If you go to the first post I made on this you can see in a couple of pictures the wires for the speaker are soldered directly on to the board. If you get no clicks, then check your speaker is connected properly.

Thanks for the video, but after disassembling the counter and measuring everything i can, now i understand less than i did before!... On the points where you measure the pulse duration i see a voltage of about 0.1V when the clicks should happen according to the screen. When measuring the legs of the audio amplifier, which are connected to the speaker, i see nothing.. But when connecting one probe to the capacitor you used and other to either of the legs i see the voltage.... I have too little electronics knowledge so maybe im doing something wrong but idk...

After talking with my friend we decided, that after all the measurements taken, the audio amplifier is dead

I don't know if this is any help, and I also don't know for certain if this is the case or not - I'm pretty sure that when the clicks are turned off in the menu it kills the +V (3.3/5V?) to the little 8-pin amp IC. SO if it wasn't turned on in the menu the amp IC will appear to have no power feed.
Two reasons I think that (and could be confirmed by following the PCB traces/ribbon cable) are, that is exactly how the BLE feature/IC is turned on and off. The MCU sends a signal to a small MOSFET that gives the IC power, only when enabled in the menu. I took advantage of that with my mod and feed the ESP8266 from the same supply as the BLE. That way I can enable/disable the ESP8266 from the menu.
The other reason is when it is turned off in the menu, there are always a click or two that come after turning it off. I suspect a capacitor is keeping the IC alive a little longer.
I'm not sure how to power is routed, but there are what look like some MOSFETs on the HV PSU board. I would trace the power rail back from the amp IC and see where it ends up. I have a feeling it may be powered from the HV PSU board and goes over the ribbon cable that links the two boards. On my units the soldering on that ribbon cable is piss poor so it may be you have an open circuit between the power feed and the amp IC.

I'm looking at one of these counters now. Trying to trace the power to the amp IC. It is connected to one end of the ribbon cable, so it is powered from somewhere on the HV PSU board. I'll come back with my findings soon - as in a hour or so.
